Hartfield Station

Hartfield (visited in 2000) is a direct sister to Ockley in almost every way
(The occupant was very friendly and gave permission for the photographs).
I would have loved to have gone inside! The front room appeared to have been knocked through to the back room and the main chimney has gone. This is strange as the chimney forms the main structure to these buildings

View from the old platform side - As Ockley is shown looking across the fields. Hartfield has an extra window to Ockley and the extension shown to the right of the picture behind the tree.

The old booking hall is now a kindergarten separate from the house.

The brick work outline below shows new brick work and the obvious later extension to the sloping roof design of Ockley.
